Are there guidelines for product files?

Please find the guidelines and best practices for your product files listed below.

• Product file sizes must not exceed 4GB (zipped). This is because many of our community live in countries where internet speeds prohibit downloading larger files.

• If your product file exceeds 4GB the file will need to be split into multiple files. For example: If your product file is 8GB this will need to be split into 2 files. 

• To provide the best customer experience, we recommend naming split files appropriately (e.g.: ‘product name part 1.zip’ ‘product name part 2.zip’ etc…)

• All readme documents, product guides, installation guides and PDF guides must not include references to other design marketplaces. *Including a reference to your own website is completely fine.

• Product folder and file names must not include special characters such as !,£,$,%,^,*, & as this can cause issues for Windows Users.
