Currently, all of your sales and earnings are sent to you as part of a monthly report from our Accounts Team. You will be notified at the end of each month of your marketplace sales, and any commissions due will be paid to you around the 5th working day of the following month, via your preferred method of payment selected in your Tipalti payment account. If no sales have been received in your store you will not receive a monthly report.
We recognise the demand for a full supplier portal including live product sales tracking and we are excited to share that we are currently working on this. As with everything we do, we want to listen carefully to your needs and will be taking feedback from all of our designer partners to build the most useful portal possible.
