Can I copyright my end design?

You are unable to copyright or trademark the work you create using Design Cuts resources as the ownership of the items belong solely to the original designer. When you purchase an item from Design Cuts, you are agreeing to a non- exclusive and non transferable licence which does not allow for copyrighting or trademarking.

We do, however, allow you to copyright your end art created by digital brushes. Please note though that this exception applies to brushes only, and therefore if you are creating a design using DC brushes, and other elements such as a pattern that you have purchased from us, you would still not be permitted to copyright your design as you do not own the rights to the resources used.
