If you work for a large company (we define 'large' as having annual revenue exceeding $25 million USD) or you are contracted to design something for a large company that will be sold as their product, campaign, etc., then you would require an additional large-scale use license.
When it comes to licensing over the $25million cap, we would need to know a bit more info about the company and how you will use the resources so that we can get you the right license for your needs. This high-end usage license is worked out on a per project basis, so please do contact us so that we can explain how this works and what additional information we'd need.
Here is an example of when the cap would come into play- if you create a calendar which you then sell through a large (defined as having annual revenue exceeding $25 million USD.) department store and you are sharing the profits with them then you are covered by the EULA and do not require additional licensing.
However if the large department store asks you to create an original design calendar for them to sell and they keep the profits, you would be required to purchase additional licensing.
If you do need an additional license, please contact our Customer Support Team and we would love to help.
