My VAT number is showing as invalid

We are so sorry that you are having an issue inputting your VAT number. All VAT numbers are validated live and directly with the European Commission website so if you are getting an invalid error, it could be that your number has not been logged by your tax authority on this website or they may be having connectivity issues.
