Where do I input my VAT number?

If you have a valid VAT number, this can be inserted on the checkout page, just before you complete your purchase. This will remove the VAT on your order (not valid for UK customers) and add your VAT number to your invoice for your accounts.

Unfortunately, VAT numbers do need to be live validated upon each purchase though, which is why we cannot store these in your account. If we were to store your VAT number on file and it was no longer valid, we would have no way of checking this and could get in serious trouble if we didn’t include the live validation functionality - apologies for any disappointment caused!
