Usually, a network error means that this is an error with your own internet connection as opposed to an error from our website. The error you are seeing could be from a number of reasons, but it is always worthwhile calling your internet provider to ensure you have enough download space left for your purchase (if you are on a capped package) and also if they are performing any works in your area which may be affecting your download.

For security reasons the download links will expire after 30 minutes, so it is possible that your download isn’t finishing properly because of this. We would recommend that you delete the files that have part downloaded), as an interrupted download can corrupt the files and make them unusable. If you log out of your account and log back in, this will refresh your download links and then if you try one as a test link and see if this works.
