We are so sorry to hear you are having an issue with your resources. We have found that a small number of our community working on a PC and using either WinZip or Windows Explorer have reported similar issues in the past.
Our Product Team test all the file names across both PC’s and Mac’s for every release to ensure the file names don’t trigger any length errors, but depending on what unzipping software you use, this can continue to cause issues which is a known error for Windows users.
The upper limit on file path names in WinZip and Windows Explorer is generally 260 characters (version dependent), so we have shortened the names to what we hope is enough to still allow room for anyone using these programmes. However, we may not be able to prevent this for everyone. We actively work with and test all our files on Windows with 7-Zip, so we would strongly recommend giving this a try to see if this will make a difference as we usually don’t see any length errors using this software. You can download 7-Zip for free here.
If you are still having trouble though, please do get in touch and we'd be more than happy to help!
